Airpods pro not charging

Why apple policy is refusing a full replacement while I have a manufacturing issue for my AirPods pro and instead they want to change part by part …. Right part, case, and if you had an issue then they will change the left part

what is the use of my warranty if I didn’t get a full product replacement?

Left Airpod not working. I bought Apple airpods through amazon back in January and both were working fine but now the left airpods is not working. I have tried cleaning, and resetting the airpods and my phone and still only the the right one works. I contacted Amazon to see if I had a warranty on the airpods but it expired back in February but they said that Apple has a year warranty on airpods and that I should contact them. I did contact customer service but they are wanting to have me pay $75 to send me a new airpod and that I should send them the broken one back. Why is Apple having me pay $75 when it says there is a year warranty on Apple airpods?

Does apple still fix airpods if warranty expires while in their care? Hello, so my warranty expires on September second and apple has taken a bit longer then the 2 days they told me to send the box to get replacement airpods… I’m worried that by the time they replace them the warranty will end. I plan to extend it regardless however i was wondering if they would still fix them since i made the report ahead of the expiration date or if they would charge me full price if the warranty expires while they have the airpods.
