SMC not resetting

Hi all,

I have been having issues with my trackpad haptic feedback lately, I have taken it in for warranty claim as well but the service center told me there is no problem, then I took my MacBook pro back and performed an SMC resetting procedure last week, and then it was working, but today the problem came back, so I tried resetting my SMC again, I have tried it 10 times, but the trackpad haptic feedback is still not working. Any ideas, please? I am using MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

Thank you

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
