My bluetooth connection isn't working on my iMac. I've checked Apple support and I still can't get the connection

Reset the Bluetooth Module:
Start Here: Use "Reset the Bluetooth module" to Fix Constant Bluetooth Disconnections - User Tip. See if that does the trick.
