Silenced calls

Hi,

i was asked once to silence unknown calls but now im missing all kinds of calls. I tried removing the silence in do not disturb setting but it only gives me the following options:

• always
• silence when phone is locked (most of the time)

I want to be able to receive calls as normal, do you know what I should do ?
