Why changing scrolling speed is in Accessbility->Pointer Control->Trackpad Options and not in
Trackpad->Scrolling speed (near the Tracking speed)
it doesn't make sense to put it there, and its even more confusing when we have Tracking speed that is located in another place. its not consistent and i think it should be changed
