Resolution of iPhone images on other devices

iPhone photos and screenshots are sharp on my iPhone, but seen to be nothing more than fuzzy thumbnails in iCloud, at least when viewed on other devices. How can I get the original iPhone resolution on other devices? In my case, the other device is a PC.
