We understand that you're having an issue with playing music on your iPhone. Were you able to look over the guide that you recently reviewed to see if that helps? Here's that link, just in case: If your songs are grayed out
If so, and the behavior continues, restart your iPhone as restarting can resolve many odd issues: Restart your iPhone
If the issue remains, delete one of the songs and add it back to see if that helps: Delete music, movies, and TV shows from your device
If you're still having an issue, let us know more:
- What's happening exactly, are the songs in gray or is something else happening?
- Does an alert appear, and if so, what does it say?
- Does this happen with both Wi-Fi and cellular data only?
