Got a new phone. Used backup but Memoji not working in MS Teams

Hi they are available to select them but they fail at send

Is is possible to miss incoming messages during a restore to iPhone? I sent someone a message from my phone just before trying a system update. The system update didn't go well. Twice I got error 14 and the only way I could get success was just to restore my phone from a backup I had done earlier today (before sending the text message). When the phone came back online, I checked and the message I had sent was no longer there. No surprise since the backup was from earlier. But how do I know if the person responded while I was trying to restore the phone? I don't want to text them to see if they already answered because it involves a job inquiry and this just makes me seem like a disorganized mess, technology-wise. I don't automatically store messages to iCloud, unfortunately.

I transferred data on 2 new iPhone 12 minis One transfer only had a small glitch on the 2 minutes left. The second has been stuck for 48 hrs. I read comments it can take a long time. Come On! I would like to use my phone. New phone appears to work fine but I can’t close down the old one or it asks if I want to cancel the transfer. I did not see an answer to my issue as mine has not resolved by itself.

Apple failed to transfer my text messages from my Samsung S22 on start up. The Move iOS app failed to transfer text messages when setting up my iPhone 15. This is a fault with Apple's app and I was told the only way to fix this is by erasing my phone, spend hours setting it up again and no promise this will not happen again. I will appreciate any help from someone who knows how to transfer 1,000+ text messages to my new iPhone 15. If not I will have to trade this phone in for an Android to avoid losing critical text messages. I still have the old phone if someone can help. Thank you for any advice.

We understand that you're unable to send a Memoji in Microsoft Teams on your iPhone. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

It may be that using a Memoji is not supported by the app. The following article has info on what interactions are available to use in Teams: Send an emoji, GIF, or sticker in Teams
