Print Queue no longer Auto Quits after updating to macOS 11.6

Is there a way to get my Print Queue to Auto Quit once it's empty like it did before installing macOS 11.6 over macOS 11.5.x? There is no Auto Quit option when Ctl-Clicking the icon in the Dock. This is true on multiple systems and multiple printers.

This is a minor issue and I'm sure that the folks at Apple will get it sorted out. I don't normally apply these patches until they've had at least a week or two in the real world. My MacBook Pro was a very recent purchase and I hadn't turned off the "Automatically keep my Mac up to date" in System Preferences. It's off now, but it's a bit late for this latest 11.6 patch.

I also have the same issue on my iMac. I tried reinstalling the printer; even reset the printing system, but that had no effect on the issue.

When I reinstalled my HP M479 MFP (using AirPrint), it now displays generic printer and fax icons in the Printers & Scanners Preference Pane. It seems to function properly, other than the printer queue auto-quit issue.
