iPhone X incoming calls disconnect after ringing once, just like I’m being drop called- please help/advise.
I’ve tried switching off the attention awareness feature.
plus, it happens a few times a day but not every time??? I’ve reset the network settings but still happening 😩

Yes, very annoying especially as they can’t give any time scale for the repair to complete. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, really thought is was a handset problem.
