Bluetooth working for media but not for call audio. Need call audio routed to bluetooth

Currently running 14.8 iOS on 12Pro Max. I've tried two different Bluetooth devices now and both connect to iPhone perfectly. Phone will send media audio to Bluetooth devices but will not send call audio.

I've set the 'Settings/Accessibility/Touch/Call Audio Routing/Bluetooth Headset' multiple times now with no results.

Are there any other suggestions or can this even be done?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Hi dannenvance,

From your post, it sounds like call audio isn't routing to your Bluetooth devices. While the call is in progress, do you see the option to select the Bluetooth device as the audio source? The steps mentioned here may help: Set up and listen to Bluetooth devices on iPhone - Apple Support
