How to delete all alarms on HomePod?

How do I delete all alarms on a HomePod? I've got huge strings of alarms is some of my HomePods, so swiping each in the Home app to delete them isn't appealing... But to make matters worse, when I do swipe to delete an alarm, it disappears for a few seconds but then comes back. If I hold down on the HomePod to invoke Siri and say 'cancel all alarms', Siri responds 'ah oh, something went wrong'.

So clearly a bug here, but are there any other options to cancel all alarms I could try?

This is on the original HomePod, and I have tried restarting it.
