Every time I try to update or download some thing it asks for A password for the wrong Apple ID which I don’t know the password to.

That means the app you are trying to update was originally purchased by the person with that Apple ID.

Hello, have you tried locking your phone out of icloud. Then lock in again with your Apple id.
