How do I get the Screen Time popup window to quit popping up?

The Screen Time window keeps popping up when my daughter is logged in. The message reads, "Screen Time restricted these secure websites". Underneath it are check boxes, Application, and Address. The check boxes are checked, the applications are NewsToday2 and StocksWidget. The addresses are https://c.apple.news and https.//apple.finance.query.yahoo.com.

Below that it reads, "Screen Time restricts access to secure websites. To add the selected websites to your approved list, click Add Selected Websites". Then it has two buttons, "Add Selected Websites", and "OK".

I don't want to add the selected websites so I've deselected the check boxes and click OK. But, the popup window returns after a while. Then I leave the selected boxes checked and click OK. But that doesn't work either. Then I leave the boxes checked, add the selected websites, click OK. Then I go into my account and remove the added websites to see if that works. That doesn't work either.

I know I'm not doing something right but what is it?

Thanks
