accidentally erased macintosh hd

I was attempting a factory reset on my m1 Mac mini and accidentally erased the Macintosh hd. I can't reinstall Big Sur. I don't know much about this stuff. help please!

Follow the steps at > https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/erase-and-reinstall-macos-mh27903/mac

Make sure to use the Apple silicone directions.
