Apple pencil
Hi
To be able to convert hand written text with the pencil to text, you would have to use the pencil with A on it (in notes). I don’t have that option. Can anyone help me?

Have you enable Scribble in your Pencil settings?
Settings > Apple Pencil > Scribble - set to ON
Note that Scribble is only available with supported languages - and in posting your question here, is assumed to be English.
