I use iOS 15.0 and my iPad pro 2018 doesn’t have live text function. It’s a bug or it’s don’t supported on this iPad? If it don’t supported it’s strange because it’s supported all devices with A12 or higher, this model have A12X, and less power iPad air 2020 can support this.
iPadOS15 is still a beta release. When you enrolled in the Apple Beta Programme you will have accepted the likelihood of experiencing bugs and unresolved software issues - and will have similarly accepted that participation within the beta programme is without technical support.

Removing the beta profile alone will not resolve underlying issues. You also need to (re)install the production version of the Operating System.
It isn’t in the retail version on my 2018 iPad either, so it isn’t a beta issue.
Ok, I removed the beta profile and enabled interactive text in language preferences, but interactive text still doesn't work. But i have unpressable button for this in screenshot menu app.
I update to the production version of the Operating System and nothing changed
Then i must reinstall ios
It should reinstall from back up or absolutely clean install new os?
I reset my my iPad to factory default and online text still didn’t work.
