I upgraded to iOS 14.8 after the urgent release was published. Now when I send an iMessage it goes out as an SMS and I cannot receive the responses back on my phone. They show up on my computer & iPad just fine - nothing on the iPhone. How do I fix this?

iMessage is on yet still sending messages as SMS - only occurred after upgrading to iOS 14.8
