TrueDepth camera
my phone showing error as "A problem was detected with the TrueDepth camera. Face ID has been disabled" can someone please help me to fix this issue. I have I phone 11 which is water resistant.

See if anything in the support documents helps bring resolution. In the end contact Apple Support.
If you had the screen replaced other than by Apple it will never work again
If it was water (it happens) then the phone may need replacing buy not under warranty,
