Face ID has been disabled

I drop my phone into water for today 10 sec after that I use high frequency sound to remove water form phone after that this problem happens true depth camera not working

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed. Most likely you have irreparable water damage, the phone will likely need to be replaced.

Unfortunately there is no quick fix for resetting the device to make it work correctly. I don't blame you for asking, but the solution provided by Kurtosis12 is going to be the only way to diagnose the problem, and depending on what they say will determine how you would need to move forward.
