My iCloud storage says “not enough space”

Hi, I need help.

I upgraded my iCloud storage from 50gb to 200gb as it was alerting me “not enough space”. I changed my phone and upgraded my storage, however it still says the same thing when I open my photos. I can’t even access my old photos which are already stored up in my iCloud account. How do I rectify this? Thanks.

iPhone Photos keep re-appearing after deleting Hello, My iphone storage is full and I try to free space with deleting videos and photos but iphone immediately return them back or they are restored after several days. Why won't my iPhone let me delete photos to free up storage? Hello! My XR storage is full, but my phone will not allow me to delete photos. I have deleted almost all of my apps, still full. When I try to delete photos it will either let me delete them, then they will just reappear, or nothing will happen when I tap the trash bin icon. I got more icloud storage and uploaded it there then deleted them on icloud on my computer and still no luck, still there. Has anyone else had and solved this issue? My phone is hardly working because of this! It has even locked me out of imessage and won't let me reactivate imessage I just get an error message :( [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Just sign out of iCloud, restart your phone and sign back in. It will automatically update your iCloud storage details and start uploading your pics. Good luck!
