I’m trying to find some help with regards my elderly aunt’s iPhone 6s. Currently she forgot the iCloud password. However, it’s linked to her gmail account. I tried resetting the gmail account but it’s also linked to her home telephone number. Is there anyway I can wipe the entire phone and reset it for her?
The Apple ID signed in with iPhone say is example1@gmail.com if its two factor authentication account and trusted numbers it could be landline number of home and second would be iPhone mobile number .
