I received a 1 Free Year of Apple TV+ for my new MacBook Air, thought I had redeem the offer, but it seems I totally forgot to and the offer has expired, may I receive another offer. The original offer was sent to my work email, see below:

The original offer was sent to my work email

The offer is for the first registered user (by Apple ID account) of the new eligible device. If that is your work email, then only that account was eligible. The email was just a reminder. The email isn’t needed to redeem. If the device is for your work/​supplied by your employer, then the device might be “managed”, with optional restrictions for entertainment apps like the Apple TV app (where you’d have to go to redeem).


Must redeem within 90 days of activation. 

The offer has to be redeemed within the first three months after device activation (first use/setup). After that time, the offer is no longer available.

You are welcome to contact Apple and ask but I suspect the situation is as it stands, you are too late to accept the offer now.
