Just bought a new Mac but do not see 3 months free Apple TV offer. How to redeem the offer?

For Macs, users have to sign in to the TV app (menu Account) in order to get to see the redeem button.
Also verify that you meet the conditions (e.g. not being a prior subscriber: one offer per user). Ineligible users wouldn’t be presented with a redeem button.
