Can’t find the 5G right side button

I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro Max but I can’t see the 5G antenna at the right side of my iPhone. Why is this Iphone not having that button?

No, it doesn’t mean that at all. It means your part of the world does not use that specific type of 5G coverage. Models for the US market use that additional antenna, most other regions do not.
