Change from fingerprint ID My wife is trying to download an app from the App Store and it asks for her fingerprint to access. She doesn’t have finger prints. How do I get it to accept her password instead?

fingerprint for purchases i used to be able to use my finger print for any purchases and as of today it wants my password. Tried restarting, tried to go through the apple store to fix it, I’ve tried to turn all my stuff in and off and it isn’t working.
