We cannot redeem a card in Canada, bought it in Canada. My son account is from Mexico.

How can I redeem gift card bought in Canada (we are in Canada) but when we try to upload it, it says that it can only be used in Canadian storefront?

As the card states, it can only be used in Canada.

Gift cards are country- or region-specific to where they were purchased.
