I made a purchase plan which is monthly and I want to make it yearly but couldn’t find it when I made the purchase, only the monthly plan was existed.

The Yearly option should be there and able to be selected.
That usually means there isn't an annual option. That is for example the case for iCloud storage.
What you could do is to buy iTunes & App Store Gift Cards - available in many retailers - to the required value and redeem them in your account. They will be drawn on before your normal payment method but of course they would also be used for any Music, Movie or App purchases as well so you would have to take that into account.
Hello mr.Roger Wilmut1 thanks for help! But what I want to buy is a subscription for 365 office which already has yearly subscriptions in their site, and I wouldn’t mind buying it from their site, but I already have balance in my apple account that I want to use instead of using my own credit card.
I can only suggest you contact Microsoft for advice.
