Mac OS 11.16 installed a feature questions the safety of any of my online passwords. Says they may be unsafe or compromised. Seems to have taken it upon itself to block my ability to log on to accounts. What solutions?

The Apple web sites on this issue are very helpful. But this is a complicated issue. Will take me some time to absorb. I did see an Apple Store genius yesterday and he did not question the validity of the pop-up. The solution in general is to use the list of passworded sites and change the ones marked as weak/vulnerable one-by-one. Easy to say but time consuming. We went through it with one of my NewsPaper subscriptions.
It would help if Apple would put out a step-by-step instruction on using key change access preferences, then passwords, to bring up the of accounts. And then change the ones marked as weak/vulnerable.
In this time of AI and high tech, why can't Apple develop a technology and App that automatically changes weak passwords?

Did you try using a different browser as a test?
macOS 11.6 I have never encountered this issue...

Mac OS 11.16 contains a password feature that seems to have disabled my access to online accounts, on the basis that my pw maybe be weak or compromised. Totally disrupting my ability to log on to many online accounts. What solutions for this?
