I forgot my Apple ID answers to the security questions and when I requested to reset my security questions answers even with correct ID and password, it says no sufficient information.

I forgot my Apple ID answers to the security questions. I needed the answers to questions so that I can be able to change the questions with those I can easily remember and also to authenticate the two-factor additional layer of security.


I tried in the system preferences to change the security questions and do two-factor authentication and it was asking me for security questions. When I click forgot security questions, it does not take me to resetting but says says, we do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions. Please help me in activating this reset since I know my Apple ID and Password.

If you see the message "not sufficient information" here are two methods that are relatively similar for possibly recovering from "not sufficient information" by signing up for Two Factor Authentication at this stage. See these posts by Community Specialists:
