A couple months back I had a different iPhone SE. The Apple ID that I set up on the phone I can no longer access because I no longer have the phone number that is attached to that account and when I sign in It asked me for the verification phone that was sent to my old number. The back up number that I had on that account I also no longer have. So how can I reset the password or change the number in that Apple ID so that way I can access it

Various sections contain information that is key to you being able to set up and use a different telephone to get a verification code you can use. Failing that you can ask for account recovery.
