what is the process I follow in taking dictation from my iPhone and transferring it to a word document in my computer?

You can use Dictation on your iPhone to dictate directly into a Word document using the Office app for iPhone.


Microsoft Office - App Store - Apple


You can save the word document you create on your phone to iCloud or OneDrive, then sync these with your Windows PC. If you don't already have it installed, you can download iCloud for Windows.
