Downloading apps from a different region without changing my account country/region?

I'll try to explain this one best I can.

I am from India and recently moved to the US for studies. I am on a family sharing plan with my brother so that I can use his apple music. Now, I was trying to download some apps but they are not available for the app Store in India. I can't change my country or region as the family sharing manager is my brother and he still is in India. Is there any way where I can download the apps from the store without changing the region and still get to use my brother's apple music plan?
