What can I do with my MacBook after Big Sur mess up?
On Thursday, I downloaded Big Sur on my MacBook Air but it completely screwed it up. I tried recovery mode to install Big Sur again but it didn't work after a reboot and I called Apple Support. We did get it into safe mode and at one point, was able to get the admin account on it. However something went wrong and it completely got rid of the admin account and changed it to a normal user account. Now when I go into Recovery mode, it asks for my encryption key which I do not have anymore. I sent it into the shop and even they can't figure it out.
What else can I do? Would sending it to an Apple Store help at all at this point, I do have the proof of purchase of the MacBook in question.
