Camera making the photos unnatural

Is anyone else’s camera making their photos come out with high contrast and unnatural? Like when I’m about to take a picture, the lighting is perfect and I like how it looks before clicking but after I click a picture and press to view my recent click, it automatically turns the picture to a very dirty looking, high contrast picture after a second and makes the picture ugly. Please this needs to be fixed because one of the main reasons I bought and iPhone is for the camera.

( I have an IPhone 12 btw)

iPhone 12, iOS 14

Thank you so much for replying. I’ve tried to learn about the issue many times on different platforms and I’ve tried turning off the lens correction and scene detection, and it doesn’t do much. One second after clicking to view the recently captured picture, the phone does some self editing or some sort and it’s not only my phone but also many of my friends and families. I can fix it with some editing but that takes away the charm of the camera and how it looked on the screen before clicking.
