Apple Music on Mac keeps asking for signon with Appleid

When I try to play music from my music library to my Homepod, Apple Music keeps asking me to signon with my Appleid. I signon and then it asks again and keeps looping.

I've downloaded the free Vox software and that seems to be working fine.
