12 Pro silicone case MagSafe - (PRODUCT)RED / Damaged

Hi,

my silicone case is damaged just above the charging slot. Over at Get Support I tried to find the right channel to get support for iPhone accessories, but wasn't able to.

How do you proceed in order to get a replacement as I bought the case less than a year ago via Apple online store?

Thank you! No, I hadn't as I couldn't find such a page.

Ok, I am "covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase", but how I actually can direct my claim to Apple is still not described - at least not on these pages. It seems Apple has made sure it is not an easy process.

Frustrating.
