Upgrade my mac

Hi, I want to download (macOs Big Sur). When I click on “Get” button, then I should sign in to App Store but I see this message: The user or Pass” is incorrect. The strange thing is simultaneously a six digit code is sent to my cell phone. I did it many times, and my user and pass are correct for my account but here it does not work.

If there is an add-on VPN client around around, discontinue that use and try again.


If that does not work (or there's no VPN), contact Apple Support: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
