After updating to iOS 15, there is a red circle #1 over settings. When I go to settings the notification is that the storage is almost full. It is NOT nearly full. I have restarted my iPhone twice. Suggestions other than reset?

To add to my question, I have used only 40 of 64 gb, and when I go into settings and try to look at iPhone storage using the arrow, the storage information does not open. I have to pull down the search bar and find “storage” and THEN I can see how much storage I have.
Force Restart your phone (not just restart) and see if that solves this.

Having same issue as well on iphone xs.
Force restarting the phone does not fix the issue.
Hi lobsterghost1 and thank you for replying so quickly, but no, I’m afraid a forced restart for my iPhone 8 did not work.
Then use the Get Support button at the top of this page and reach out to Apple directly for help.
