iOS update taking longer then 1-3 hours

My Iphone has completely froze from updating it to iOS15.

After around 30-45 minutes since updating the phone. It sorta froze.

The update has not gone through and is still on the black screen, with the apple logo, and the white bar at basically 99% completion.

Its been like this for the past 4 hours and i tried to look for any solutions and i couldn't find anything.

I have an Iphone 11 pro, The storage was close to full which could be the reason, but other then that I'm completely clueless.

Anybody Have any solutions?
