I originally set up my daughter with screen time password. Then when she turned 14, she was no longer part of the family sharing. (I cannot see her name when i go into family sharing.) Now we cant seem to work out her screen time password and cant remember it. When we try the change option, it does not work with my apple id and password. Do I need to re add her to the family to try and reset?

The child needs to be a member of Family Sharing in order to reset the Screen Time passcode. If she is under a different Family Sharing account, the family organizer will be able to reset the passcode for Screen Time. If the child is not under a Family Sharing account, we recommend to follow the section in this helpful article that says, "If you're not using Family Sharing to manage a child account": Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
