I live in Utah and is one of the states that allow the use of digital state ID and drivers license. I tried to add my state ID and drivers license to my wallet but there isn’t a selection to choose to add the cards. Why?

I live in Georgia and have the same issue. I'm wondering if there is some connection to my phone's area code which isn't in GA?
My area code is from Utah so maybe they still got some bug fixes with the new iOS release. Guess we will have to wait and find out!
