“iPhone storage almost full” message on iOS 15

Greetings, everyone

I have recently updated to iOS 15 (official, not beta), and there is one issue. Although I have enough space (98/128 Gb), my settings say that storage is almost full. Does anyone know how to silver this issue?

Might want to search the forms as there was another post going on this topic in like 15 or so people responded

This seems to be an iOS 15 error, but not all devices are affected, my iPhone SE does not show this message.
