How do I remove an old dropped pin in Apple Maps?
Unlike pins I create today, this old pin in Apple Maps does not have an option to delete it.
Seems like a bug that’s been overlooked.

Check to see if clearing the search history helps remove this pin: Search for places in Maps on iPhone
"Quickly find or delete recent searches
To get a list of recent search results, scroll down in the search card to Recents.
To delete an item from the list, swipe the item left. Or tap More directly above the list, then do one of the following:
- Delete a group: Tap Clear above the group.
- Delete a single item: Swipe the item left."
