Is it possible to delete default shortcuts on Apple Watch

There are four shortcuts on my apple watch: Shazam, Block off an hour, Music Quiz and What's a shortcut? Is there anyway to delete these unnecessary and unwanted shortcuts? They do not appear in the Shortcut Apps on iPhone.
