Hi, I just upgraded my 2 yr old iPad to the iOS 14.8 version and all of a sudden started getting a very electrical sounding snapping noise when typing while charging. Seems like others have had this same issue. I’m obviously not going to use while charging anymore, but did anyone figure anything out or learn anything about the noise?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your iPad is making electrical type noises when you type while charging it.
It sounds like this may be hardware related. Does this occur when you don't have it on charge? Are you charging it with the Apple branded cable?
