Since this morning - after updating my iPhone to IOS15, I stopped receiving the notification on my lock screen.
I checked all the settings and they are all correct. Any ideas? Thank you.
I was having the same problem. Found a thread in Reddit that suggested turning off notifications in the Outlook app (not in Apple Settings) and then turning them back on. Fixed it for me!
Sorry, I didn't mean to sound "harsh." In this case, I would suggest that you contact Microsoft Support to see if they have an updated version of this app that support running in iOS 15 ... especially if those business emails are being hosted on a Microsoft Exchange server at the work location ... and, if that is the case, you may want to contact your company's IT department as well.
Per chance are you using the Microsoft Outlook app on your iPhone? ... or are you accessing Outlook from the Apple Mail app?

I noticed this same issue arose when iOS 14 was rolled out and the resolution was actually done through the 14.0.1 update by Apple so I am wondering if it will be the same situation here and wait for a follow up patch from Apple?
Sorry, but that didn't answer my question. I am trying to understand if you are using a standalone Microsoft Outlook app on your iPhone OR do you have the Apple Mail app configured to access your Microsoft Outlook email account?
I'm using MSOutlook on my iPhone.
I'm using Microsoft Outlook app on my phone, I use Apple Mail for personal email and Microsoft outlook for business emails.
