I cant find eject for my usb hub

There is typically no "Eject" for a hub or dock.

Simply unplug it from your Mac after you have ejected or disconnected any storage device/drives that are attached to it.

I have never seen any eject for a hub. What you can eject are the devices which are connected to the hub. You can simply drag those devices to the trash before unplugging them. Is there something more specific as to what you are unable to do?

Click Finder > Preferences > General tab and ensure that External disks will show on the desktop - check mark the box.

Also, click Finder > Preferences > Sidebar tab, ensure that "Hard disks" is check marked under "Locations".
