Apple Pencil "automatically" converting my handwriting into text
Since I updated to IpadOS 15 last nite, my handwriting within the Notes app is being "automatically' converted into text. I do have a use case for this however, I am still wanting to take notes in my natural handwriting. I seem to figure out how to turn this feature off.
