i have an iphone 7 and i just got genshin impact for it, but when i opened the app it wouldn’t load. following some helpful advice i turned off my wi-fi and was able to sign in, but i can’t actually start the game as it says there was a connection error or an error downloading resource files. i can’t play the game and i’m very sad 😢
